- To claim Live arrival guarantee,
- 1) We WILL REQUIRE PROOF in the form of a picture/video of the dead fish inside the original bag within 2 hours of delivery.
- 2) The package must be sent to the correct address and not a forwarding address.
- 3)Somebody MUST be home to receive the package. If someone is not present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt, the live arrival guarantee is voided.
