Our flat-rate shipping is $25. We do not require minimum order but please order over $29.99 to keep our shipping rate low.

Shipping paid over $18 will be refunded right after we send you your UPS 2nd Day Air tracking number.

• To claim DOA, we WILL REQUIRE PROOF in the form of a picture of the dead fish inside the bag.
       
• Refunds are issued for the cost of the fish, not the cost of the shipping.
       
• Somebody MUST be home to sign for the package. If someone is not present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt, the live arrival guarantee is voided.
